Remember you by postcards

Look at above picture... looks so cute, doesn't it?

Wedang ronde is a kind of Indonesian traditional herb drink, made from a mixture of ginger, lemongrass, and other herbs. We can add peanuts, jelly, and sugar palm fruits then. The most appropriate time to drink wedang ronde is when the weather cold and rainy.

Usually wedang ronde's ingredients don't look like what shown on above picture. Balls made from glutinous rice flour and filled with chopped peanuts will be the common thing served by wedang ronde seller.

So, why does my wedang ronde look so cute, just shaped as colourful fish?

How tough are your fasting days?

These newly bought cute postcards at Posnesia (an online postcards seller) make my heart feeling warm. Fasting month was still in the half beginning while I sent them to my friends.

This picture is belong to Posnesia

I only considered if I send the postcards later, maybe they will arrive long after Eid Fitr lasts. So better for me to send them early, right? So I ordered the postcards early too in order to send them immediately. Most of the cards were sent abroad for my friends who celebrate Eid overseas.

What is Moussaka?

Well, I have to admit that receiving many cards from all over the world is the best way to travel around for this time. Too many places to dream, but too little chance to travel. There are still many things to do in my desk, my table, my living room, my kitchen... I think they perfectly wrapped me in order not to go somewhere else.

But hey, what's wrong with that? I shouldn't grumble on things happened to me. I still have lovely family and nice friends to share precious moments. Do not dream if you already have heaven in your palm :)

I received this beautiful postcard with register number USA-6103. I like it so much. I bet you will also like it since it's not only beautiful, but the picture on the card has a magnificient stories.

For somebody live in USA or at least familiar with picture shown above will agree with my opinion. Monticello is a very amazing place with its special history.

The Lost Paradise

The atmosphere was quite quiet, only seen a few children were staring at something in their hands. Earphones in their ears was a sign of usage of gadgets. Whether it's a mobile phone or tablet, obviously they didn't stuck earphones on a piece of tofu, right? ;)

This phenomenon has begun to plague everywhere. Many children began smarter in electronic devices usage than their parents. Tecs (technologies) advancement and ease of everything is incredible. We have to admit it and nothing's wrong with that. Offsetting the progress had to be done by everyone in order not to miss something important.

I'd ever write about ease of technology in this article : United by Postcards.

In my postcards exchange activity, many friends from abroad want to get the Indonesian typical cards. One of this themes I have is about the traditional children's games. Let's see what I have below :

Do you familiar with games shown on above postcards, dear friends?
